Join Us for a Seasonal Warehouse Role in Brooklyn!

Are you ready to be a key part of our team from October to December 2023? We're offering a competitive $20 per hour for this on-site job at our Brooklyn headquarters in Sunset Park. We have a few positions available (Outbound, Inbound, and Inventory Associate); after checking your resume, we'll find the best role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carefully prepare and send out customer orders.
• Meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Use our warehouse tools effectively.
• Work with enthusiasm and adaptability.
• Pay close attention to details.
• Foster great relationships with your coworkers.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Pitch in with various tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse experience is a bonus.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are a must.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Be a positive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Flexible availability, with weekend work required.
• Achieve our productivity standards:
  • Packing: 35 shipments per hour
  • Picking: 30 shipments per hour
  • Gift Box: 20 shipments per hour
  • Shipping: 150 shipments per hour
  • Maintain high individual quality rates:
  • Shipments free from damage - 99.50%
  • Accurate picking - 99.80%
  • No shipping errors - 99.98%
