Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate with the culinary team for replenishment
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality and safety

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time
