The primary purpose of the Closing Store Manager is to assist the management team in the day to day overall successful operation of the store and be responsible for operations and customer service when the manager or assistant is not present.

The Closing Store Manager is responsible to ensure an unprecedented shopping experience for the customer while promoting sales focusing on quality, freshness and customer service.

• Previous experience in management required, preferably closing a retail store
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be very detail orientated
• Must have proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Must be able to stand while walking for entire shift
