• At Uncle G's Marketplace, we have a passion for food! Our upscale catering business, which is a division of our gourmet store, has been executing events for years. We are seeking a Catering Manager to assist clientele in various aspects of their catering needs. The role of Catering Manager will entail the following:
• 1. Taking orders from customers either in person or over the phones. Ensuring the right amount of food is ordered. Always with a smile!
• 2. Event planning and menu design.
• 3. Booking outside vendors for items such as equipment rentals, wait staff etc.
• 4. Processing online orders.
• 5. Ensuring payments are received.
• 6. Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedule.
• 7. Assist catering manager with clerical needs.
• 8. Assist in setting up and managing in store demos.
• 9. On occasion assist with deliveries of catered ordered and events.
• 10. Respond to customer complaints.
• 11. Develop relationships with customers.
• 12. Process weekly gratuities.
• We are looking for a candidate who is detailed, organized, work under pressure, able to multi-task as well as delegate, is motivated to learn and not afraid to make decisions. During the high season, extended hours, weekends, nights and holidays come with the territory!

Salary is commensurate with experience!!!
