Hiring Salary Range: $19-$20/hour
Position Description: The Case Manager I position is responsible for engaging UMOM's clients to build rapport and provide direct case management support and advocacy with a continued eye toward skill building, resource connection, and employment, with the goal of assisting clients in identifying, obtaining, and maintaining permanent housing.

Additional Attributes
Work Schedule: Team members in this position have the choice of working 5 days of 8 hours OR 4 days of 10 hours per week. The typical working days for the schedule options are Monday-Friday and may include occasional nights and weekends to support needs of the position and the organization.
