Summary: performs a variety of clerical, recordkeeping and customer service tasks to assist with the daily administration of organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General data entry and recordkeeping of customer accounts and records.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with applying payments, calling on delinquent accounts, sending invoices; routing disputes to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Assist Accounts Payable with receipt of invoicing and correctly routing for payment approval processes.
  • Prepares reports, mailings, catalogs, manuals and other documentation for both internal and external customers and use.
  • Maintains knowledge of company accounting practices and procedures.
  • Act as back up for the main business line and provide reception duty support when main receptionist is out.
  • Cross train to fill in for team members vacation and absences.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two or more years of office experience; accounting experience considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of general office experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite or similar software.
  • Some experience with CRM/ERP software is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb stairs, stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment: The work environment is usually moderately quiet and is climate controlled.
