We are seeking an IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager to join our team. The IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager is responsible for ensuring that an organization's Information Technology systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards and that we have effective risk management processes in place. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement policies and procedures for governance, risk management, and compliance for IT Systems and Data. Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as PCI-DSS, SOC 2, FDA, GDPR and CCPA. Identify and assess potential risks to the organization's IT systems and data. Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and standards, and implement necessary changes to the organization's IT systems, policies, and procedures. Conduct Cybersecurity assessments including maturity assessments using NIST CSF or other established frameworks as a baseline for overall GRC programs. Collaborate with different departments to ensure that their processes are designed with compliance and risk management in mind. Develop dashboards and metrics to represent the IT governance program performance. Manage Risk Analyst Team Member. What we're looking for in you: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI-DSS, and GDPR. Experience in risk management and compliance. Strong understanding of IT systems and processes. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
