Commercial Appliance Parts and Service specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment business. CAPS currently services the Florida and Georgia market with 5 offices.

CAPS is currently seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our team in our Tampa, FL office. This position will report to the Vice President ofCAPS and works closely with thesenior management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist and monitor the general ledger, cash application and collections,
  • Maintain strong focus on internal and external customer relationships and process improvements.
  • Monitor receivables for credit risk and set appropriate processes for minimizing risk.
  • Assist the Vice President in day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the Admin Team.
  • Motivate team to improve processes with a goal of improving DSO and reducing past due balances.
  • Manage the RMA process of inventory returns, inventory control.
  • Manage and champion the driving program for the drivers of the Corp.
  • Bookkeeping

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of managing financials and asset management.
• Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
• Strong IT/computer skills, expert in excel and word.
• Exceptional integrity
• Self-starter
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
