We make robots, but we hire people. Would you like to be part of this journey?

Your Mission: As a Program Manager, you will work closely with Americas Technical Services Leaders to lead a growing book of service engagements, ensuring automation engagements and initiatives are optimally resourced, solutioned and delivered within budget time, scope, quality, and cost constraints, as well as lead internal initiatives.

Manage team member development, and team efficiency and utilization.
  • Define program vision for clients with client leaders and UiPath account team that achieves target business outcomes for client and increases product utilization.
  • Provide support to Go-To Market Leaders with accurate estimation of project effort, duration, skill sets, etc. to support proposals.
  • Facilitate program and project delivery and help manage scope and dependencies. Provide engagement escalation support as needed.
  • Own the full lifecycle of RPA and custom solutions and programs from initiation to through implementation.
  • Ensure client and internal stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress with risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Attend major client program/project meetings and work closely with UiPath account team to ensure all services are delivered and automations are aligned with client strategic objectives.
  • Work with UiPath engagement team to develop detailed and effective plans and monitor all aspects of program / project / workstream lifecycle, including scope, change and release management.
  • Ensure all documentation and deliverables, including hands-on where necessary, are fit for purpose, follow UiPath recommended standards and of consistently high quality across engagements.
  • Coordinate and inspire internal resources and external subcontractors to deliver client outcomes as sold, including ensuring their availability and allocation.
  • Conduct internal and client-facing program/project status meetings and present such reports as required including progress against plan, billings, resource utilization, service credits drawdown and incurred costs.
  • Ensure weekly status updates are prepared for all programs and projects assigned and escalate to management as needed.
  • Foster robust and trusted relationships with clients to enable future account sales, whether products or services.
  • Be customer and partner first.
  • Drive client references and document case studies including identifying and sharing new uses for UiPath.
  • Manage internal initiatives including defining and/or evolving service delivery practices with other services leaders and aligns with new product offerings.
  • Handle people management activities including hiring, goal setting and performance activities, capacity planning, and engagement staffing.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 5 years of experience in client-facing technology projects. Program or delivery management roles focused on software development and systems integration, ideally in an RPA/AI role at a Global System Integrator or Big 4 or equivalent Consulting Practice.
  • 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in various agile, waterfall, SDLC, hybrid methodologies and continuous integration.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in building processes, program management, project management and release schedules on a global scale.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  • Exceptional experience in adapting plans to dynamically changing work stream patterns.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and product adoption.
  • Previous experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Open Span, UiPath, etc.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Willing and able to travel as needed.

Life at UiPath like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster. It comes with changes and challenges, but also with the opportunity to shape how work is done, to have great impact and learn a great deal.
