PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST (VOPS-2024-20058)

Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide Program Management Analyst support for Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense and Anti-Submarine Warfare Trainer (CIAT) program at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).

Responsibilities

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

• NEPS TPS Submissions and Management, Updates based on Allocation Changes across Appropriations.
• Development of FY 25 CIAT submission tasking Basis Of Estimate (BOE) to justify TPS inputs. Work across all of the various CIAT work areas and working with CIAT Product Area Leads, and ultimately supporting meetings with branch heads to ensure we fully understand and document the scope and map to associated FTEs that needs to be funded.
• Support PD and STL with developing a Resource Execution Strategy for CIAT resources.
• Support CIAT monthly financial assessments with CIAT PD, STL, and BFM.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Science
• Three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs
• Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
