THE FOCUS IS YOU 

We are looking to hire a Business Development Director to join our growing team. This position requires someone who is a self-starter and high achiever, looking for growth opportunities.

HOW YOU CAN IMPACT OUR FIRM

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Consultative Sales | Business Development

  • Drive the top line, revenue growth of the Resource Solutions Group southeast practice
  • Manage and drive the opportunity to close by collaborating with UHY Consulting leadership
  • Prioritize new business revenue opportunities and develop a strategy for closing new accounts
  • Conduct lead generation activities including prospecting, appointment setting and meeting with executive level leadership

Relationship | Activity Management

  • Provide our clients with experienced finance and accounting professionals on a project basis to help execute critical business demands
  • Plan and execute revenue generating activities for new logos and expand existing client accounts
  • Participate in extensive out-of-office field work, including in-person calling on senior level corporate officers within the CFO’s organization (Controller’s, FP&A leaders) of medium to large corporations
  • Collaborate with decision makers to engage UHY project resources to tackle their complex projects

IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE FOR THE POSITION

Experience

  • 5 years in a business development/high-level relationship management capacity within a professional services organization

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field required | Master’s degree a plus
