Responsibilities
Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults, many of whom have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurodiversities. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12 acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.

The Therapist: provides therapeutic services utilizing behavior based interventions to children and adolescents utilizing individual, family, and group modalities; p erforms biopsychosocial and behavioral assessments that result in a broad picture of treatment needs, and aid in the development and implementation of a multidisciplinary treatment plan that results in positive outcomes for patients; w orks collaboratively with youth and their families to effectively address positive behavior changes; d evelops a discharge plan with the child and family that includes aftercare services in the community that can provide continued support to the child and family post-discharge.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Human Services field from accredited college or university. Two years' experience with child/adolescent mental health clients in an inpatient or residential setting preferred, but not required.
