Job Overview:

In conjunction with the RN, the Surgery Assistant assists in providing perioperative patient care.

General Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe environment.
• Terminally cleans the Operating Rooms when deemed necessary to minimize infections.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping and/or 1 year experience as a surgical assistant, preferred.
• BLS
• Computer skills required.
• Organizational skills required
• Communication skills required
