Natchez Trace Youth Academy is a highly-structured 115-bed cognitive behavioral program serving adolescent males aged 10-17 years old. Our interdisciplinary staff helps residents refocus their thinking patterns in order to improve their actions/behavior. Our diverse team works together to facilitate the changes that become an investment in the future of each young man's life and his family's life. We are located in the beautiful hills of Tennessee between two magnificent rivers, just 15 miles south of Waverly, Tennessee. The Risk Manager has broad responsibility to protect the hospital's assets from loss. The Risk Manager is responsible for coordinating the loss control efforts and advising management and administration on all potential sources of loss and for making recommendations to minimize or eliminate exposure. The structure and functions of the Risk Management Program are designed so as to comply with guidelines and standards of CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation facilities), other regulatory agencies, and the UHS TERM Program. Job Duties include: Risk Identification and Evaluation; Risk Reduction; Contract Preparation; Claims Management; Loss Control and Prevention; Privacy Officer; PREA Coordinator; CARF; Regulatory Surveys and Visits; Report Preparation and Submission.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other healthcare-related field from an accredited institution. Five years clinical experience in a psychiatric in-patient facility with knowledge of high-risk areas. Three years management experience. Current RN license by Board of Nurse Examiners for the state of Tennessee or a Licensed Mental Health Professional
