Our LPNs contribute to the assessment, care plan, implementation of nursing care, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients within the LPN scope of practice through data collection, monitoring, observing, recording and communicating patient responses to the supervising Registered Nurse. The LPN performs nursing care consistent with the LPN scope of practice including administering treatments, medications, and procedures under the delegation and supervision of an RN.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program and a valid LPN license in the State of Arizona or a License issued in a Nursing Licensure Compact state with multi-state privileges.
• A minimum of one year in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Must have or able to attain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
