The HR Director position is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The position leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices. The HR Director works in close contact with other business leaders as a business partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, as well as all other functional HR areas.

The ideal HR Director candidate will bring sound management experience and solid HR practices managing all functional areas of human resources. This position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant and sound while also having the proven ability to function at a strategic level. The ideal candidate would be agile in moving from tactical to strategic at any given time.
The HR Director position requires:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of five years’ experience in human resources, three years’ HR management experience, and two years’ of healthcare preferred.
Professional Certifications: PHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
