UHS is Hiring a Human Resource Assistant Near SAVANNAH, GA

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining Hospital HRIS system (Lawson), ensuring accurate and timely input of data.

Assist the HR Generalist and HR Director in the Set-Up and preparation of New Hire Orientation.

Track and maintain required employee data, such as licensure, competencies, DMV status, evaluations, and other information. Assist in maintaining Hospital HRIS system (Lawson), ensuring accurate and timely input of data.

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures.

Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.

Assemble Human Resource (employment and training) files

Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalency. Experience in the areas of recruitment, selection, benefits, compensation, and employment law, workers’ compensation, and/or employee relations a plus.

** Human Resources experience strongly preferred.**
