Centennial Peaks Hospital is a 104-bed behavioral health hospital located in beautiful Louisville, CO. We are dedicated to providing a full range of mental health and chemical dependency services to the state of Colorado. We strive to enhance the mental health, safety and well-being of our patients, their families, and the community at large by providing ethical, compassionate, medically and psychologically integrated inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for psychiatric and addiction disorders.
The Community Liaison provides Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. The Community Liaison participates in the Account Management system, assessing the needs of the customer and making the required number of marketing contacts to each account, in order to develop and maintain a long-term referral relationship which will generate a continuous flow of admissions to meet hospital census objectives. He/she plans events, provides tours, performs referral source in-services, acts as a liaison between the Referral Source and the hospital, and seeks out new business development opportunities for the hospital.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Human Services field.
Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting is preferred.
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of the Colorado behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency diagnoses & symptomology, age specific programming.
