Okaloosa Youth Academy is a non-secure, certified juvenile justice residential facility for males located in Crestview, FL. The mission of Okaloosa Youth Academy is to increase public safety by reducing juvenile delinquency in Florida through effective prevention, intervention and treatment services that strengthen families and turn around the lives of troubled youth. Okaloosa Youth Academy is looking for a Licensed Therapist to join our team as the Clinical Director!!The Clinical Director is a Licensed Therapist that oversees and provides individual, group, family therapy, and case management to assigned patients across the broad spectrum of clinical services.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in mental health field required.
• Certification/Licensure as appropriate to education and skills (LPC, LCSW) preferred or license eligible.
• Two or more years experience in mental health setting preferred

Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other Human Service field.

Active Florida State license as LMHC or LCSW.

6 months in a behavioral health setting, preferred.

Experience in management.
