Provo Canyon School is a 24/7 secure residential treatment center for male and female adolescents aged 12 through 17. We counsel, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Our goal is to provide treatment that results in positive changes, allowing these youth to return to their families and communities.
Job Description:
As a Team Lead, Your duties include: Supervise students in a residential setting while teaching pro social behaviors and living skills. Provide best practice residential care in a therapeutic setting through participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team approach. Exemplify a positive relational role model for students through personal dress, grooming, attitude, behavior and appropriate use of the intervention model. Attain a strong knowledge of Student Life policies and procedures. Assure quality assurance of the student life program through training of staff assigned to your dorm.
