UHS of Delaware, Inc. is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter Near SACRAMENTO, CA

Responsibilities

Heritage Oaks Hospital is a freestanding, 125-bed acute psychiatric hospital dedicated to serving the greater Sacramento area. We provide treatment to teens, adults and seniors living with mental health challenges. 

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter. In this role you will be responsible for a high volume of recruitment & onboarding support, and develops sources for prospective employees need to meet staffing requirements. This position performs preliminary screenings, interviews, and testing, routes applications to appropriate Hiring Managers; maintains appropriate employment records and systems including but not limited to job requisitions, postings, applications, resumes, and job descriptions. The HR Recruiter works directly with Hiring Managers on fulfilling recruitment needs and tracks onboarding progress through the probation period. This position ensures the confidentiality of all employee and patient information.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in related business or related behavioral health field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources in a health care setting, preferred
  • A minimum of three (3) years recruitment experience preferred.
