Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Staffing Coordinator to join our team of professionals who are dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals and families for the achievement of improving their mental health as a local pain management clinic. The Staffing Coordinator provides secretarial and administrative support to the CNO and variety of other key administrative staff, facilitating the flow of information and accomplishment of the organization objectives. Responsible for the management of staff scheduling and transport team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensures adequate staffing on unit to meet patient demand and adjusts accordingly as needed.
  • Manages nursing payroll and completes in a timely manner.
  • Assists CNO and Nurse Managers with various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Manages PRN pool effectively and audits compliance with program.
  • Advises CNO, Nurse Managers and House Supervisor of pending staffing issues. Is proactive in the resolution of said issues.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Two year business degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience: Hospital staffing experience preferred
    • Clinic Hours: Determined by the Director of Nursing according to the needs of the facility; May be required to work overtime and flexible hours
