Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT)

Turning Point has openings for full-time Licensed Therapists. Therapists at Turning Point provide individual and group counseling to adults with trauma, mental health, and/or substance abuse issues. Therapists must be aware of social factors affecting the psychological well-being of individuals, services/programs for psychological/sociological improvement of individuals, and in conducting evaluative interviews.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

• Three (3) years in clinical services desired; two (2) years working with dually/multiple diagnosed, preferred
• Licensure in the State of Georgia: LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LAPC, or LPC
• Competence in understanding and treating primary mental health diagnosis, substance dependence, and the treatment of dual diagnosis.
