UHS of Delaware, Inc. is Hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst Near KING OF PRUSSIA, PA

Responsibilities

(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Corporate Human Resource Department is hiring a Sr. Compensation Analyst to provide day to day support for the UHS compensation programs both at the corporate office and for field locations. This role will work independently across several systems to analyze data related to compensation operations and demonstrates critical thinking. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducts peer review of facility compensation analysis and escalates issues as required. Coordinates activities with Compensation Manager, Regional HRD's and other leaders as required
  • Researches, evaluates and recommends job grades for current and/or new positions for assigned Behavioral, Acute and Corporate Division clients
  • Pro-actively builds relationships with both the field HRD’s as well as division operation HRD's
  • Works with Compensation Director and Manager on a variety of projects including market research, program design, analysis, budgeting, acquisitions and implementation of new programs
  • Responds to and completes information necessary for designated salary surveys. Evaluates and provides recommendations for new survey sources as they become available
  • Assists with the planning and implementation of HRIS projects in Lawson, the Personnel Action System and MarketPay related to compensation issue
  • Collaborates with Compensation team to drive consistency across policies, practices and methodologies
  • Develops training resources and presentations to improve UHS Compensation knowledge and expertise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years' experience.

  • Detailed compensation knowledge required including state and federal laws applying to company compensation programs
  • Well organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities in addition to confidential issues
  • Confident to work independently but also be a strong team player
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint in addition to HRIS experience with Lawson or another major HRIS product
  • Minimal travel for project based work may be necessary
