Since 1983, Valle Vista Health System, a 132 bed facility located in Greenwood, Indiana, has been providing high-quality behavioral health care to the community. We offer care for a broad range of psychiatric and addiction disorders. We provide care to adults, and to patients as young as age five. Our programs include inpatient, outpatient and medication-assisted treatment for adults, and residential and inpatient treatment for children and adolescents. These programs are designed to help adults, children and teens learn the necessary skills to regain confidence, heal and successfully function at home, work, school and in

their communities.

The OTP Security Guard is responsible for the overall security of the patients, employees, and clinic grounds. The Security Guard is responsible for routinely monitoring the clinic perimeter and interior areas to ensure safety. This position requires an individual to demonstrate an ability to easily establish rapport, maintain healthy boundaries, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED required.

Experience: Two (2) years security experience in hospital or outpatient psychiatric/ addictions setting preferred.

License/Training: Valid driver’s license. Must have completed security guard/officer training or be willing to complete training upon hire. Registered Security Officer preferred.

Preferred Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age.
