Responsibilities
Fort lauderdale Behavioral Health Center is a 182-bed, care psychiatric hospital located in the beautiful Oakland Park neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, FL. FLBHC features individual units for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Heath Center.

Qualifications
Education/Training
- Current license to practice in Florida
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal means.
- Ability to effectively supervise and/or direct the implementation of individualized nursing care.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluation of situations and/or making nursing decisions.
Experience:
- A minimum of one (1) year in a Psychiatric Behavioral Health Center environment or health-care facility treating, mentally ill, or chemically dependent patients, with understanding of co-occurring disorders, and Cultural Linguistic Diversity amongst patients.
- Must have supervisory experience
