The Revenue Analytics Manager provides oversight and maintenance of the Net Revenue recognition software application. Develops, analyzes, and interprets complex financial reporting models during time sensitive month end close. Prepares and communicates month end summary reporting schedules to hospital and corporate leadership. Prepares ad hoc analysis to assist hospital and corporate leadership in understanding the various elements impacting Finance/Revenue Cycle/Reimbursement activity. Provides recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other closely-related field.• 5 – 8 years relevant progressive financial experience in a healthcare organization are required. A CPA or MBA is preferred. • A working knowledge of all processes surrounding Finance/Revenue Cycle/Reimbursement in a healthcare environment. An understanding of reimbursement, both in the Hospital and Physician settings. Familiarity with month end reporting for healthcare entities. Previous experience in Finance management is preferable (i.e. Director, Controller, CFO). • Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large, complex sets of data are a must. Strong communication skills with an ability to create a collaborative work environment with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographic locations are required. Crowe RCA experience is a plus.• Travel Requirements: less than 10%
