Position Summary
The Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) provides recreation therapy program oversight, including performance management and staff development of expressive therapy services. Is responsible for assessing patients’ leisure and recreational activities, providing age and developmentally appropriate therapy groups and establishing behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Cedar Ridge.
