INPATIENT CHILD & ADOLESCENT AND ADULT PSYCHIATRIST PRN POSITIONS - COLORADO SPRINGS, CO.
We are seeking physicians for immediate PRN opportunities in both our Child and Adolescent, as well as our Adult units.

Workers may be exempt from the vaccination requirements by providing a signed exemption form indicating one of the following:
To be eligible for an exemption based on Religious Beliefs, the worker must provide a written statement describing the worker’s sincerely held religious beliefs and how those beliefs conflict with Colorado’s August 21, 2021 Public Health Order requiring certain healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The company may request supporting documentation to further evaluate the request for religious accommodation.
To be eligible for a Qualified Medical Reason exemption, the worker must provide a written statement signed by a physician, physician assistant, advanced practice nurse, or certified nurse midwife licensed in the State of Colorado stating that the COVID-19 vaccination for the employee, direct contractor, or support staff is medically contraindicated as described in the product labeling or authorized by the FDA. This statement should not describe the underlying medical condition or disability but should indicate the probable duration of the inability to receive the vaccine.
A record of signed exemption forms and statements submitted in support of the exemption request must be maintained in a confidential HR Medical file, separate from the Personnel File.

· Treatment team leadership and daily care of acute inpatient population.

EDUCATION:
1. MD/DO degree from an accredited program (required).
2. Board certified or board eligible Psychiatry (required).
3. Board certified or board eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (highly preferred).
4. Licensed to practice in the State of CO or the ability to obtain a CO medical license.
5. Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
