Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Healthcare Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for over 35 years, serving those that struggle with behavioral health and substance use issues. Located in Shippensburg, PA., our 112 bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as, an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. Roxbury's Outpatient offices are located in Carlisle and Chambersburg, PA. The Outpatient program offers evaluations and recommendations to anyone experiencing the negative impact of substance use. Our services include assessments, individual therapy, family sessions, group therapy and intensive outpatient programming. We specialize in treating substance use and/or dependence and use an integrated treatment approach for individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders.

We are currently seeking Board Eligible and/or Board Certified Physicians to join our medical staff to conduct Medication Assisted Treatment in our Outpatient Offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg, PA. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule. The Physician will provide medical assessments and evaluations, prescriptions of medications for substance use disorders, and medication follow-up. Duties will be performed maintaining compliance with all standards of regulatory entities including PA Department of Health; PA Department of Human Services, Joint Commission and the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician

Graduate of an accredited medical school

Current and active medical license in the state of Pennsylvania
