Nurse Recruiter

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all phases of nurse recruitment and the selection processes. This position will serve as a vital member of the Human Resources department and will assist in developing and maintaining a proactive recruitment process consistent with the hospitals strategic vision. 

Aiken Regional Medical Centers

Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the Carolina Center for Medical Excellence for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Services provided at the hospital include emergency medical care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, and behavioral health services.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Human Resources Mgmt or Business Administration education preferred.
• Experience recruiting and interviewing required.
• SC Nursing license required. PHR certification helpful.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Knowledge of effective interviewing techniques.
