Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

For over 50-years, the Calvary Healing Center has provided leading residential and outpatient addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers a 50-bed residential treatment program for drug and alcohol addiction, while also providing a separate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. A standalone 18-bed detox facility is also on-site and located in a separate wing to better address the needs of those who require extra care before officially entering the treatment program.

Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner is required to exercise sound professional judgment while providing behavioral health care to patients in an inpatient setting. Patient assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions will be administered in close collaboration with the Medical Director and other members of the treatment team.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner Job Requirements:

• Current R.N. license in the State of Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• Current valid NP certification and license in the State of Arizona.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a R.N. in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
