Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals, like you, to provide compassionate care to our diverse patients for our residential treatment facility located in a beautiful, intimate six-bed house in the San Marino neighborhood of the Los Angeles area.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred and one (1) year eating disorder experience preferred, but not required.
  • May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Job Description: The Reasons Residential Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, eating disorder and mental health practice and residential policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the residential philosophy, objectives, educational and Quality Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff, including scheduling, delegating, and monitoring work.

We provide a place of respite and reflection as women of all ages work through their eating disorders and discover their reasons for recovery.
