POSITION SUMMARY:
Directs and provides nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and is directly responsible to the ADON/DON for quality patient care provided to patients in the Facility. Responsible for the day to day operations of Lead Mental Health Technicians, Mental Health Technicians and Nurses to enhance the quality of patient care. Provides sufficient staffing and schedules personnel according to census and acuity.
