UHS of Delaware, Inc. is Hiring a MEDICAL RECORDS COORDINATOR - PART TIME Near FRANKLIN, TN

Responsibilities

The HIM Coordinator will support the Health Information Services through a variety of clerical, technical, and related support services. The HIM Coordinator monitors completeness of patient records to satisfy the standards established by the funding sources, and regulatory and accreditation bodies.

Education/Training:

· Associate or Bachelor Degree in Health Information at an AHIMA accredited college, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

· Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) preferred

· HWC Certification (training provided)

· Current Tennessee Driver’s License

Experience:

· One year experience in Health Information Service preferred.
