The Medical Assistant is responsible for overall functioning of the medical office, which includes patient scheduling check in and check out, insurance authorizations, medical records and supply management. This position requires the ability to multi-task and perform in a fast pace environment.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Medical Assistant certificate required
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant
Fluent with medical terminology required
