We are on the hunt for a dynamic professional who has experience in business development in the behavioral health field. If you are right for this role, you will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times in interactions with internal and external customers.
Here are some of the responsibilities you will have in this role: Arranges travel, itineraries, and schedules for visiting professionals and compiles a month-end report of visits, Coordinates arrangements for attendance and exhibiting at various nationwide conferences by PCS representatives. Routes inquiry sheets to Business Development, Administration and Business Office.
Maintains files and updates as necessary. Responsible for some of the Business Office correspondence and mailings; e.g. brochures, videos, admission packets, etc. Ensures that they are mailed on a timely basis Seeks solutions to problems; works closely with other department managers to solve problems and provide excellent service; takes initiative within department to build strong working relationships with staff and co-workers.
Education and Experience:
Education at the college level in Marketing or a related field preferred; mathematical skills; sound business English usage skills; telephone etiquette and pleasant, clear voice; ability to type 60 wpm; flexibility; office prioritization and organizational skills; adept in use of various routine office equipment; decision making and problem-solving skills effective interpersonal skills; hospital experience or experience in a health care setting preferred; good concentration and stress management skills.
