The Psychiatric Institute of Washington is a 130-bed facility with inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. Excellence in behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults has been the mission of The Psychiatric Institute of Washington since it opened nearly 50 years ago. Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing/Business Development Department with implementation of each facility’s marketing plan.
• Assists the Marketing/Business Development Department in coordination and execution of projects and tasks as assigned including event planning, referral source maintenance, data entry, community outreach, website and social media platforms content management, and other duties.
• Performs local marketing functions as assigned by the Marketing/Business Development Department that support and enhance relationships with new and existing referral agencies and community resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Marketing/Sales or equivalent preferably within the Medical/Psychiatric field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Constant Contact preferred.
• Candidate should have working knowledge of Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities. Ability to develop creative marketing ideas. Some travel required
