Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspects rooms, halls, and lobbies, to determine the need for repair or replacement of furniture or equipment and to make recommendations to management about options to continually improve facilities.• Responsible for completing work orders by the end of time frame allotted.• Performs regular preventative maintenance on buildings, machines, and equipment throughout the facility.• Comply with all safety regulations set forth by Black Bear Treatment Centers and The Joint Commission.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED required. • Must have a valid and clean State of Georgia Driver’s License.
