Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Completes medical screening and/or assessment of new patients upon admission.
  • Monitors medication process for individuals, including supervision of medication distribution, supervising self-administration process.
  • Prepares Medication Administration Record (MAR).
  • Provides patient education (group and individual) regarding medications.

Education and Experience

  • Unencumbered LPN license to practice in state of Georgia.
  • 1 year of experience working psychology and or addiction is preferred.
