SUMMARY: Responsible for covering clinical offices based on operational need. Assists in the examination and treatment of patients, take vital signs, record patient charges, record patient history, assist in minor office procedures. Participate in patient education, communicating effectively with others and functioning in the scope of practice. Thorough knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Current California licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Graduate of accredited school of Licensed Vocational Nursing. Two years’ experience preferred working as an LVN in a multi-specialty group setting.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Current California LVN License, BLS Certification and IV Certification required. ACLS preferred.
