Peachford Hospital is searching for an experienced Key Account Manager to work in our busy Intake Department working with local referral sources to ensure we are providing superior quality healthcare as described in our Service Excellence Program Standards.
What Role Will You Play?The Key Account Manager at Peachford will provide expert communication with referral sources during the admissions and intake process and afterwards as needed.
What Will You Get To Do?
The Key Account Manager will be expected to establish contact with referral sources and update them on the admissions progress of their referrals including timeliness, next steps and assessment needs. Minimizing road blocks to the admission process and providing up-to-date communication is key to success in this critical position.

What Does Peachford Require for this Role?
A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of intake and referral in the behavioral health field experience is required. Excellent communication and follow-up skills are required.
