POSITION SCOPE: The successful candidate would be exposed to some of the most cutting-edge technology and work in a group of supportive, knowledgeable professionals. The successful candidate will provide technically accurate, user-friendly solutions to basic end user requests such as Active Directory management, Printer issues, Email issues, Application Support, New user creation, User offboarding requests, Workstation/laptop builds, and set-up travel onsite to perform tasks that cannot be completed remotely.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: We are looking for a highly motivated individual that want to be a part of something that is in a very dynamic environment and is focused on delivering exceptional I.T. support and solutions to our facilities located in San Antonio, Tx and Killeen, Tx. Our team offers an opportunity to implement projects to help better serve our users and clients need. The candidate must have a proven track record delivering I.T. support meeting service level agreements, have impeccable telephone etiquette, excellent written and verbal communication skills, are dependable and can think clearly and logically under pressure.

Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
Education/Training: Associates degree preferred in information systems field. One or more years’ experience in a Microsoft Windows environment with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Licensure/Certification: CompTIA A preferred, Current Driver’s License with excellent driving record.
Experience: Two to three years relevant experience working with local area networks and with remote and multiple locations
General/Physical:
* Able to lift/lower up to 50 lbs.
* Able to see, speak and hear to communicate with staff and others.
* Able to supervise the operation of computers, hubs, switches, routers, and related equipment.
* Ability to establish and maintain production and quality control on computer operations.
* Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures.
* Able to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions. Participates in meetings.
* Ability to write reports and routine correspondence.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and staff.
* Able to be at work and on time consistently.
