Responsibilities

Valley Hospital is a 122 bed psychiatric hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona. Valley features individual units for adults and offers inpatient acute care and intensive outpatient programs including Freedom Care, a dedicated first responder and military program. Valley Hospital is built on three core principles, outstanding care, compassionate people and unparalleled service.

This is a full-time, onsite position with a Monday-Friday schedule (40 hours)

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing human resources support for the HR Department which includes answering phones, filing, aiding the HR Director in new employee orientations, assisting in maintaining all electronic and paper personnel records and assisting in organizing all employee activities and in-services.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required;
• Two years’ experience in human resources in a health care setting preferred
• Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
• Must have experience working with excel spreadsheets
• Must be organized and possess the ability to prioritize workload and work independently
