Responsibilities

Center for Change is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to work with a wonderful team of HR professionals to provide HR services which are personal and compassionate, while respecting the law and protecting the company and our staff.

Part-time schedule is 20 hours/week and is flexible.

Responsibilities will include the broad spectrum of HR work including: recruitment, credentialing, hiring and onboarding new staff; orientation and training; personnel records; HRIS system data management; and compliance.

Starting Pay Range: $16 to $21/hour based upon experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Previous experience working in HR preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Technical Skills (very comfortable and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
