The Human Resources Generalist position is an integral part of the team at Lincoln Prairie BHC.

Qualifications

he ideal HR Generalist candidate will bring sound management experience and solid HR practices managing all functional areas of human resources. This position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant. 

The HR Manager position requires:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.

Experience: A minimum of three years experience in human resources, one year HR administration and two years of healthcare preferred.

Certification: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
