UHS of Delaware, Inc. is Hiring a HR COORDINATOR Near NASHVILLE, TN

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator provides general support to the Director in a wide range of human resource services in the day-to-day operation of the department with an emphasis on training. In addition to training, the Coordinator may assist with human resource programs including recruiting, onboarding, corrective actions, benefits, compensation, training, LOA administration, worker’s compensation, employee orientation, record keeping, file maintenance, the day-to-day operations of the HR department, and other duties as assigned.

Education/Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field and a minimum of 1 year of solid HR experience required.

Licensure/Certification:

  • PHR or SPHR preferred

Experience:

  • Two years human resources or training experience preferred.
