SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, performs standard Help Desk duties by assisting customers with data, computer concerns, and computer requests.
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Full Time

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with relevant job related experience required. Must have good telephone communication skills. Computer knowledge desirable.
