Responsibilities
Provides executive assistance to the Division Vice President UHS BH Division and Mental Health Outcomes leadership working within a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Ensures prompt and efficient support by performing the following duties.

Serves as a key member of the Mental Health Outcomes leadership team and as liaison between MHO, UHS and Horizon Teams and leaders as appropriate. Maintains a professional demeanor, proper and respectable representation for Mental Health Outcomes in general. Maintains the confidentiality required of the position.Provides administrative, management and financial support. Conducts special projects as required. Prepares meeting minutes, reports and correspondence for Mental Health Outcomes Monthly leadership. Contributes to performance of leadership team. Serves as project manager or backup for assigned projects: runs meetings, manages agendas/minutes, tracks tasks, issues, and action items, escalates risks and issues as necessary, and drives projects to completion. Participates in administration of project management application. Ensures strict adherence to work plans, reporting all serious deviations to management. Provides end user support for project management methodology and application.Maintains the calendar for Mental Health Outcomes leadership team; utilizes the company travel platform to arrange travel and submit expense reports. Reviews and approves expenses for direct reports of UHS DVP Health Informatics. Handles arrangements for special functions related to group meetings at the National Support Center and offsite conferences as required, to include scheduling hotels, travel, meeting space, meals and all other logistical issues related to the function, including meeting agendas, presentations, A/V requirements, and negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure functions remain within approved budgets.Maintains effective central filing and follow-up system, as required, in the performance of duties. Triage, researches and/or resolves client support situations to the satisfaction of the caller. Keeps management well informed of activities, needs, problems. Conveys messages reliably and in a timely manner. Reviews and evaluates incoming invoices and expense reports to verify accuracy before forwarding to accounts payable.Maintains good communication and relationships with Horizon Health President, CFO, Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents of Operations, Clinical and Sales/Development and their respective executive support teams to assist with projects as necessary.Acts as liaison to the UHS and Horizon legal, risk and insurance departments to process Mental Health Outcomes contracts. Communicates missing elements or legal changes to the appropriate parties. Maintains legal case files, prepares communication for legal review and provides data gathering for legal requests; assist UHS risk with contract details as well as communication with insurance department on Mental Health Outcomes contracts.Processes payroll for direct reports of COO and President Mental Health Outcomes /Regional VP Behavioral Health UHS, both for Mental Health Outcomes and UHS; enters evaluations and PAF into systems as required.Conducts initial review and processes CAM & CARPAC requests for Division Vice President UHS BH Division and Mental Health Outcomes leadership.Qualifications

Educational and/or Experience
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related healthcare field college preferred;
- Five years experience in a similar position
Technical Skills and Abilities
- Types 50 words per minute.
- Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and methods.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend complicated instructions and correspondence.
- Ability to write detailed, complicated correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small and large group situations to customers, clients, executives, board members, shareholders and other employees of the organization.
Leadership/Management Skills
