UHS of Delaware, Inc. is Hiring an Environmental Tech 1 - Full-Time Near CLIVE, IA

Responsibilities

 Environmental Tech 1

Clive Behavioral Health (CBH) is a 134-bed licensed inpatient behavioral health hospital, operating on two campuses in Iowa. Clive Behavioral Health West opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources. Clive Behavioral Health Des Moines is a 34-bed inpatient location operated by CBH on the MercyOne Des Moines campus. Care at this location will be for adults experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis.

Clive Behavioral Health is currently looking for two individuals to join our team on a full time basis. All shifts end no later than 7:30 pm. Every other weekend is required. This isn’t just a job. We save lives every day.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

The EVS tech 1 is responsible for daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within OSHA regulation

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in EVS duties, preferably in a health care facility.

Additional Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision. May be required to work overtime and flexible hours. Current CPR, Current Mandatory Reporter for Adult/Child.
